Children of all ages are welcome, though cribs and extra beds are not available, and the minimum age for check-in is 18. Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed, and quiet hours run from 22:00 to 08:00. If damage is caused during a stay, up to € 150 may be charged after check-out according to the property's damage policy.
